Foundation & Collections
Launched post-consumer plastic collection across multiple Nigerian states (Lagos, Ogun, Abuja, Edo, Delta) and began polymer destruction services for the Central Bank of Nigeria.

Equipment Manufacturing
Started in-house manufacturing of shredders and processing equipment to lower capex and ensure spare-part availability.

Extrusion Lines
Commissioned more than 6 extruders, producing durable nylon bags from recycled LDPE and HDPE.

Pelletizing at Scale
Crossed 600 MT/month pelletizing capacity for PP and HDPE — supplying Nigerian manufacturers with pellets.

Injection Moulding
New injection moulding line produces high-quality consumer products (Plastic bowl, buckets, plastic plates) — closing the circular loop.
